After we introduce you to an agent, you will have an opportunity to interview them and make sure they are the best fit for you. Assuming so, you will begin the process of finding your dream home.
3. The agent finds you your perfect home
Your real estate agent works diligently to find you your dream home, get it under contract, and closed! You happily move into your new home and enjoy having a place that is uniquely yours.
4. Agent sells your house
Your real estate agent lists your home and markets to attract buyers. Once you receive an offer you like, you accept it, go under contract, and close on your house!
